2012 La Ville or The Town is our 100% Syrah. This is the first year it is from our Estate Vineyard in Prosser. We loved the 2010 and 11 versions of this wine but the 12 is quickly stealing our heart. The 2012 was aged for 36 months in 25% new French oak barrels. It is deep and dark and has a beautiful nose of blackberries, cola, dusty saddle leather, and earthy brambles. It reminds us of those dressed up nights on the town where we meet friends and came home with stories that we remember forever.
