Syrah is one of the oldest established grape varietals in the Rhone region. We have been working with Syrah for over 27 years. This varietal has a beautiful tannic structure and a smoky smooth finish. Residual Sugar: 0% Pairing: heavier meals, beef, pork or cured meats or earthy vegetables such as a triple mushroom risotto or a pickled beets and kale salad.
