We are extremely excited about this 2015 single varietal Seyval Blanc. Right after we bottled this semi-sweet white, we got our Appalachian High Country AVA (American Viticulture Area) approved. There are only 200 AVA’s in the country so this is a big feat for wineries and growers in our area. This particular 100% Watauga County grown Seyval was the first wine ever to be labeled with the new AVA recognition. Seyval grows nicely in our area due to its early ripening and ability to withstand cooler climates. This wine is aromatic on the nose and produces flavors of melon and citrus fruits.
