Back by popular demand, “Old Salt” is our “Super Tuscan”. A blend of 71% Sangiovese, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec the wine has the dried cherry/white pepper nose of Sangiovese with the added body from the Cabernet. Total production: 175 cases. Alc: 14.5%. Retail price: $28/bottle.
