Barrel aged 15 months in French Oak, this Aronia wine is bone dry with just enough red grape wine added to top up the barrel. Aronia has a flavor reminiscent of pomegranate with hints of chocolate and tobacco and has high tannins. Great paired with red meats. Native to Michigan and some states further east, our Aronia comes from Montana and is hardy to 40 below!
