The fruit is sourced from the Dupee Valley Vineyard in the McMinnville AVA and consists of a three-clone blend of 95, 76 and 548. They are co-fermented in barrel and then aged in 40% new French oak for fourteen months, which results in an elegant integration of oak and fruit.
The wine is the pale color of straw with chartreuse flecks dancing through it. The nose is beeswax, linalool and lemon zest. The pallet is rich with notes of toasted almond and vanilla bean, but bright with the citrus notes of lemon custard. 90 cases produced.
