This wine is a blend of four vineyards; our own Buttonfield and Trout Lily Ranch in the Chehalem Mountain AVA, Terrarossa Vineyard in the Dundee Hills AVA and Hannah’s Vineyard in the Tualatin Valley. It is a mix of the 777, Pommard and 115 clones. The deep garnet hue belies the rich notes of cola, strawberry preserves, ribbon candy and forest loam in the nose. The approach is bright with balanced acidity and lush tannins work to extend the languid finish. This wine is approachable now and will cellar for years to come.
