Estate Chardonel is an american developed hybrid grape from Seyval Blanc & Chardonnay; Fruit forward, dry-white, lightly oaked table wine. Grove Vineyards and Winery is located only a few hundred yards from the historic Haw River. Grapes for the 2021 Haw River White came from our estate vineyards. This fruit forward, slightly oaked wine made is made from Chardonel with a touch of added Chardonnay. This simple, refreshing, everyday dry, white wine is good with many food pairings including poultry and fish and is a great value. The 2017 Haw River White received the double-gold medal at the Mid-Atlantic wine Competition.
