From acclaimed winemaker Jean Hoefliger comes this Chardonnay of brilliant, bright yellow gold with touches of mercury on the rim. Aromas of pear, vanilla, pineapple and white chocolate evolve on toasted banana bread, cumin and Pastis. On the palate, a soft entrance showcasing minerality and fresh citrus with touches of crème brulée and grapefruit. Lingering hazelnut and lime sorbet lead into a vibrant finish of citrus flower, orange blossom, star fruit and vanilla bean. Enjoy with lobster in butter sauce.
