This French and English heirloom apple, quince, autumn berry, and crabapple cider wine is excellent on its own and also pairs well with light and spicy foods, including appetizers, shrimp cocktail, or spinach pie. It is outstanding with lobster. Aged in a French Oak barrel for a year, this wine has great depth. Serve this crisp, clean, dry wine chilled.
