Our wines are handcrafted in Meredith, NH from the highest quality, local, at times wild foraged, whole fruit. They are vegan, gluten free, raw, balanced, and nutritious.An engaging blend of local whole peaches, rhubarb, quince, and rosehips, fermented and aged 'sur lie' with a French strain of yeast and French oak. This wine is reminiscent of a more traditional dry style grape wine, only with no grapes. Enjoy this crisp and deeply complex wine with many light foods. Best served slightly chilled. Drink 2020-2027
