Our wines are handcrafted in Meredith, NH from the highest quality, local, at times wild foraged, whole fruit. They are vegan, gluten free, raw, balanced, and nutritious. A unique mead (honey wine) made from fresh New Hampshire sugar maple sap and local, late-season dark honey sourced from Japanese Knot Weed flowers. Barrel fermented and aged, this bright citrusy mead has hints of maple and is delightful on its own or with savory meats and cheeses. Drink 2017-2019. Bottled 2016.
