Three separate, raw, unfiltered, wildflower honeys are blended to make this show mead, each with a distinct contribution to the aromatic, light but intense, long lasting, complex flavors. The wine is then aged in a French oak barrel, that previously help a fine red wine, concentrating the flavors and infusing a rich golden hue and complex depth to the mead.
