Lemberger is an Austrian grape named for its region of origin, the same place that gives us Limburger cheese. We like this wine as a lighter, fruitier alternative to Pinot Noir or Beaujolais to accompany pasta with red sauce, lamb, pork, salmon, or turkey. You will notice lively blackberry, raspberry, and cherry qualities to our Lemberger that have not been covered by any oak.
