Ripe raspberry flavor with a full velvety tannin mouthfeel. Gorgeous notes of cocoa, anise, and black pepper. Delicious now, with the ability to age for several years as it softens in the bottle. Cab Franc is one of, if not our most important red grape variety grown here. This variety is used in two of our favorite blends (4 Freds Red and Phoenician Red), as well as our rosé wines.
