This Virginia cuvee blend of Merlot and Petit Verdot was aged in neutral French oak and went through a malolactic fermentation. It has a light garnet color with aromas of red raspberry and fresh figs. Savor flavors of ripe black cherries and spearmint with a pleasant red currant finish. Pair and enjoy this with Dill Havarti, cheese burger sliders, or chocolate cream pie.
