This lightly oaked Chardonnay spent 12 months in American oak bourbon barrels and neutral French oak barrels. Golden straw yellow in color with aromas of spiced orange blossoms and baked apples. Taste ripe honey dew melon and toasted almonds with lingering vanilla spice. Pair this with smoked mozzarella, crab cakes, or crème brûlée.
