Our 100% Georgia Port is made from Lenoir grapes and the traditional Portuguese grape, Touriga Nacional. Fruit-filled notes of sweet black cherry and vanilla spice balance with a strong tannic structure. This 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is direct from the Howel Mountain region of Napa Valley, These hand-selected grapes are considered among the most renowned in the world. The boldest of our red wines, this offering is particularly distinctive due to the inky black color, mouth-filling viscosity, and total harmony between the fruit and oak. This release of Totem is sure to delight the palate.
A notably dry year in 2016, led to the creation of this decadent treat. Left on the vine for an additional 2 months, these Chardonnay grapes started to shrivel, which increased their sugar levels greatly. A typical Chardonnay grape will be harvested at 23 degrees Brix (percentage of sugar), where the grapes for this wine came in at 36 Brix! Fermented in a single, brand new French Oak barrel, this wine is rich and complex. Enjoy after a nice meal with some white chocolate, or as our winemaker does, with vanilla ice cream.
Let's raise a glass to the next generation of our flagship Bordeaux style blend! After tasting through 137 barrels, we selected our best 28 to craft Genesis X. Compared to other generations, Genesis X will be more robust, as it contains a heavier percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon (and possibly a little Totem too)! Enjoy with a juicy filet, grilled portobello mushrooms, or go as simple as aged cheddar or gouda.
Our Non Vintage Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel, French oak, as well as concrete vessels which help amplify the mineralistic undertones of this wine. This classic West Coast style is a blend of 2017 Napa Valley fruit and 2016 Lake County fruit. Layered, yet approachable, this drinkable offering is the perfect wine for summertime.
