This wine has a beautiful aroma of a nice warm pear galette and ripe spiced fruit with some toasty elements. Pear and mango come through on the palate where they are joined by Meyer lemon and pineapple elements. Finally, there’s a bit of toffee there as well, a residual of the 25% new French oak cooperage employed here.
