Our Mariage is made from grapes grown exclusively on site at Wolf Gap Vineyard. It is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin grapes. This wine is a unique blend because it encompasses a blend between a traditional varietal grape (Cab Franc) and a French American hybrid grape (Chambourcin). The process from harvest to bottling takes about 2 years as both wines are barreled separately first, then blended, then barreled again. This process procures a beautiful disposition that is dark and rich. It's has fruity and peppery notes with a dry but well balanced finish.
