Ashtaroot is the Lebanese name for Aphrodite which is the perfect name for this lovely white blend. We use a mixture of Seyval, Traminette and Vidal grapes and we allow this vintage to ferment in the bottle creating a Pét-Nat with a bit of fizz on the tongue. This semi-sweet blend is uniquely delightful!
