Yellow/ green color to a brilliant white wine This wine doesn’t scream, instead you get a whispering elegance in the nose... A complex mix of lemon cream, honeydew melon and lime candy... With swirling one can coax out white peaches, flinty soil aromas and hints of white radish. In the mouth the texture plays both sides; tart acidity against a soft and gentle richness. The flavors again have the most alluring combination of lime/citrus and a gentle creamy undertone. For sure this is a wine for the late afternoon but in an elevated level. Not so much cheese and bread as carefully prepared hors d’oeuvres and later pairing with fresh seafood and lighter dishes. This 2020 will be at its best in the first summer. Only 200 Cases made.
