Estate Bottled Grand Valley AVA - Colorado WInemaker's Reserve blend that showcases the best barrels of each season. We sample each barrel individually and choose the best of the best for this blend. Wonderfully smooth with a wide variety of notes that can pair with nearly any dish. Each year offers a different blend. Our current Ethereal is 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Franc, and 25% St. Vincent.
