Red Wine ~ Dry ~ A French-American hybrid developed in 1860, it is most extensively planted in the New York Finger Lakes Region. It's earthy woodsy flavor is delightful on it's own or fabulous with steak and prime rib.
Red Wine ~ Semi Dry ~ First introduced in France in 1963, it has become a favorite of wine growers in the Mid-Atlantic region. It is a ruby-colored wine with a full flavor and aroma. Pairs well with barbecue, pork and pasta dishes.
Red Wine ~ Semi Sweet ~ A full-bodied red wine with a flavor and aroma that hint at plum and black cherry. It has a deep earthy depth on it's own and then opens up to a whole new flavor with a protein. This wine is excellent paired with barbecued meats.
White Wine ~ Semi Sweet ~ The Edelweiss grape was developed by Elmer Swenson and the University of Minnesota. Harvested early, Edelweiss makes an outstanding wine with a crisp mouth similar to some other Riesling wines.
Note: Our 2014 vintage is lighter in color than the 2009 vintage bottle that is pictured.
