Red Wine ~ Semi Dry ~ First introduced in France in 1963, it has become a favorite of wine growers in the Mid-Atlantic region. It is a ruby-colored wine with a full flavor and aroma. Pairs well with barbecue, pork and pasta dishes.
Red Wine ~ Semi Sweet ~ A full-bodied red wine with a flavor and aroma that hint at plum and black cherry. It has a deep earthy depth on it's own and then opens up to a whole new flavor with a protein. This wine is excellent paired with barbecued meats.
White Wine ~ Semi Sweet ~ The Edelweiss grape was developed by Elmer Swenson and the University of Minnesota. Harvested early, Edelweiss makes an outstanding wine with a crisp mouth similar to some other Riesling wines.
