The village of Chuao is knowing for being a cooperative epicenter of great chocolate practices, and home to some native plants. Sourcing directly from this village they bring to life this delicious chocolate. Only 20,000 bars of this chocolate are produced a year, each bar is hand numbered. These bars are also meant to age for a period of time, developing flavor.
