Fermented in 1 ton open top fermenters, the free run and light pressings were aged in Canton Pennsylvania oak puncheons for 22 months, cradling and coercing the food friendly bounty of berries- raspberry, blueberry, boysenberry mingling with a floral potpourri of violets and peonies. The wine was bottled in 2014 and released 2015. This bottle belongs to a limited portion of less than 100 cases reserved for extended aging for release 2020 and ready to be enjoyed now or during the next decade.
