A full-strength, barrel-aged version of our Gewürzkuchen "Spice Cake" session mead. A full-bodied mead made with avocado honey, figs, spices & herbs* aged first in a French oak Grgich Hills Estate Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot barrel, then a Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrel. - Dry

A tropical mead aged in a Jamaican Rum barrel. Crafted from wildflower honey, soursop, and tangerine. Then flavored with Azacca™, Idaho 7™, and Zythos® hops and a healthy dose of meadowfoam honey. Strong citrus and tropical fruit notes combine with vanilla, butterscotch, coconut, and a bit of toasted marshmallow. One sip will whisk you away to the islands. This is a collaboration with Pendley Creek Brewing Company. They hand-selected the hops and also lent a hand in making it. - Semi-sweet
Anbruch "Beginning" is a mead made with wildflower honey, coffee, blackberries, and raspberries. The coffee was specially roasted for us using 100% solar power by Off Grid Forever. Aged in a Templeton Rye Whiskey barrel. - Dry

This dark and mysterious mead is intended to be enjoyed slowly; savoring its complexity as you reflect upon your day. - Dry

Apfel-Honigwein "Apple Honey Wine" is a traditional cyser aged in a Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrel. Northern Spy apples pair up with wildflower honey and start to sing with the integration of the bourbon; notes of spice, leather, a touch of cocoa, a little smoke, toasty oak and vanilla cream with a hint of butterscotch. - Semi-sweet
