Our award-winning Seyval Vie (a portmanteau of "Seyval Blanc" and "C'est la vie") is dry, crisp, and full of character. The Seyval Blanc grape provides a balanced framework onto which Aromella hangs more exotic tropical aromas. With racy acidity and flavors of stone fruit, grapefruit and papaya, it pairs well with chicken, fish, or pork. It is also the perfect complement to most cheeses.
