The color is deep, dark, opaque and inky, the darkest red wine I have ever made. Aromas of fresh sweet tobacco, warm toast, and jam are followed by tastes of blueberries, black tea, and dark chocolate. Firm tannins give structure, while crushed black pepper and sugar plums round out the warm finish.
