The Percheron is the great cider horse of Normandy- from soil to press to bringing the cider to market. We are excited to offer a vertical of two harvests of Percheron. Our 2020 release is a 500mL bottle of cider aged in French Oak barrels with a touch of Brettanomyces and then sweetened with freshly-pressed apple juice just before bottling. Our 2021 release is a 750mL bottle of Norman-style cider- a blend of last season's high-acid apples, aged in French oak, refermented with Brettanomyces and then aged again in red wine barrels. Go ahead, host a horse and pony show of your own and share these ciders alongside alpine cheeses or a fall feast.
