Feast & Fellowship is a cider made with apples pressed on our Farm in Fennville, Michigan that is aged on grapeskins from our neighbors at Modales Winery. The grapes are a field blend of Bordeaux varieties from the La Esperanza Estate vineyard and are natively fermented for two weeks before undergoing extended maceration to soften the tannins. This cider is a part our Michigan neighbor series and pairs well with good food and even better friends.
