Our 2020 Viognier is stainless steel fermented with 75 percent aged sur-lie in and 25% aged in stainless steel. The barrel portion of our Viognier was a carefully selected blend of New French Oak and Neutral Oak and Acacia. It is a medium-bodied wine with apricot, vanilla and coconut notes on the nose followed with tangerine, tropical fruit and nutmeg on the palate.
