This is a port style dessert wine made of Cabernet Franc. Fortified with a local grape brandy and then aged over 30 months in American Oak barrels. Its soft mouth feel is velvety smooth, with notes of dried cherry and a fiery finish from the brandy. Pairs well with dark chocolate, and Blue veined cheeses.
