2016 was great for our Bordeaux varietals and Cabernet takes the spot light in this
blend providing a dark backbone to the wine. Nebbiolo is grown at 1100 feet and provides lifted
aromatic complexity and acidity to an otherwise dark rich wine. These three varietals retained
their acidity well in Washington creating a unique style blend is layered with complexity on the palate and in the glass.
