We sought to create a wine that left us with no excuse for imperfection. We partnered with premium growers to cultivate a low yielding, condensed fruit profile in each berry which is carefully destemmed and sorted in our state of the art crush pad.Followed by a light rupture of only the ripest fruit, this wine has received every tool at our disposal to painstakingly create what we refer to internally as “Ultra Cab.” After a 24 month soak in the tightest grain French Oak barrels carefully crafted by Master Coopers, this wine evokes every sense. We are grateful and honored to be able to share with you what was originally intended to be a test of our savoir-faire, and has turned into something too good to keep to ourselves.
