Our Hiwassee is a semi-dry selection, I’d say it’s our “middle of the road” wine, kind of in between our dries and semi-sweets. This wine is a good selection for folks who are new to Muscadine wines, not too sweet, not too dry, with just the right amount of muscadine at the finish. Hiwassee will pair well with any fish or fowl and this wine is like a Riesling. If you are unsure of what wine to take as a hostess gift this one is a safe bet.
