Sustainable farming practices, hand-picked grapes, and minimal intervention winemaking allow the wine to showcase the unrestrained beauty and elegance of this land. The grapes in this bottle are from only two rows of coveted vines in Block 1c at Thompson Vineyard that we were lucky enough to find while walking the vineyard. These are grown on native rootstock and the farming is done naturally to promote a diverse and balanced ecosystem. The grapes were hand-harvested on 10/21/21 and aged in barrel for only 11 months to preserve the youthful fruit. Medium-bodied with notes of raspberry, spice and anise.

2021 was another wonderful growing year and produced a balanced wine with hints of cherry and earthy notes. It is quickly becoming one of our favorites. This clonal-designated pinot noir is made entirely from hand-harvested pinot noir clone 667, a registered Burgundy Dijon clone and grown in the world-renowned Pinot Noir growing region, Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. Aged in neutral French oak for 18 months. Small batch, minimal intervention winemaking.

An elegant, dry sparkling wine made in the traditional Champagne method. Bright acidity and soft tannins provide a structured backbone, allowing the fruit to shine. Sierra Madre Vineyard benefits from being only miles from the Pacific Ocean, allowing Pinot Blanc (the white grape mutation of Pinot Noir) to benefit from a long, cool ripening season. This resulting Cremant embodies the essence of the region's cool, foggy climate and the influence of the relentless winds, resulting in a wine that is both vibrant and nuanced. Pairs perfectly with Brie cheese, gourmet desserts and dried figs. 50% stainless steel, 50% neutral French Oak. Minimal intervention winemaking.
