Frongria is a white wine made entirely from Frontenac Gris, a University of Minnesota hybrid. The fruit was picked at 26.5° brix in Montana, and fermented completely to 15.2% alcohol, then sweetened to 5%. Bursting with tropical aromas and notes of banana, pineapple, apricot, peach and mango on the tongue. A great dessert wine, and would also go well with pineapple cake and vanilla ice cream.
