Huckleberries are one of the Northwest’s great wild crops. The Cascade and Olympic Ranges provide this redish-purple berry to those who are willing to seek
it out. Our Huckleberry Cider is the perfect blend of these pressed Northwest blended berries with Washington State apples.

Sown from Washingtons rich volcanic soils a blast of blueberry will awaken all of the senses. Crisp, sweet blueberries upfront balanced with tangy cider apples makes for a thirst quenching beverage. Pair with fresh cheeses or an after dinner delight, made for your sipping pleasure anytime of day or night.

Dark-sweet cherries upfront with blended tart apples and a splash of vanilla rounded out by oak tannins on the finish.

Juice from hand-picked Washington State peaches is married with the richness of bourbon barrels. This creates the perfect balance of sweet, ripe peaches and the tartness of green apples. The charred oak of bourbon barrels gives this cider a deep vanilla and plum character.

A well rounded apricot cider can be quite the challenge to create. Our goal was to produce a cider that remained apricot floral on the nose, while maintaining proper balance of semi-dry fruit characters on the palate. A perfect apple to apricot balance we think!

When we infuse our crisp apple cider with the tartness of apricot, the apple notes play a supporting role and let the tartness of the apricots shine. You will taste both dry and fresh apricot. Pairs well with: pork, potatoes, grains, beans, and spices like curry, paprika and cardamom.

We planted the “wild” apple cultivars that grew in eastern America, England and France to make our ciders – the name Wild Washington Apple seemed appropriate. With pineapple aroma and a pronounced mineral quality that gives this semi-dry cider a lively mouth feel. There are also notes of green apple and preserved lemon.
