Spring Hill's Bourbon Barrel Maple hard cider starts out with our original hard apple cider. Freshly pressed, not from concentrate. Then we put the finished cider into locally used bourbon barrels that then had maple syrup put into them. This gives an end result of bourbon on the front with notes of fresh apples and the slight sweetness of maple. Naturally gluten free. Hand-crafted in the Grand River Valley of NE Ohio. This is a delicious cider anytime of the year with that extra "kick" that makes it very unique.
