On the nose bright red cherry, green bell pepper, iron, leather and clove. On the palate tannins are chalky, grippy and firm.
Notes
Such an interesting year. Our Cabernet Sauvignon had been in bad shape and we did not expect to have a crop. Then we noticed clusters growing on canes coming up from the ground and ended up with 6 tons of fruit.
