Persevere is our traditionally crafted elderberry wine. Off-dry and full bodied with a very smooth finish thanks to aging on French Oak. Earthy, nicely balanced, with hints of dark fruit and complex spices. Elderberry makes a truly remarkable wine. Our wines are made from the harvest of the elderberry orchards on our Oklahoma farm. Sustainably grown, herbicide and pesticide free, hand-harvested, and farm-crafted. We're a true start to finish small farm winery focused on the production of extraordinary wines. Persevere pairs well with red meat and game, portobello mushrooms and semi-hard aged cheese. Substantial enough to stand up to spicy dishes.
