Endeavor is an elderflower wine crafted in the old world, European tradition. The flowers are harvested from our orchards in the cool of the morning and gently shade dried to preserve their aroma. This is a sweet wine with amazing fruit and floral notes. Apple gives this wine a crisp, clean finish. Tastes like sunshine in a glass! Our wines are made from the harvest of the elderberry orchards on our Oklahoma farm. Sustainably grown, herbicide and pesticide free, hand-harvested, and farm-crafted. We're a true start to finish, small farm winery focused on the production of extraordinary wines. Pairing well with with deserts, light meats and fish, Endeavor also compliments spicier dishes like shrimp scampi. Best served chilled.
