Bright red berry aromas and flavors on display from Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. Round and fruit forward, fresh acidity. Grown in the Lehigh Valley AVA. Off-dry. De-stemmed whole berry stainless steel vat fermentations. Ten to fourteen day macerations. Eight to twelve month aging in second fill and neutral oak barriques. Blended and microfiltered pre-bottling.
