Forward aromas of grapefruit and lemon complemented by gooseberry and chamomile. On the pallet a soft slightly chalky yet savory textured balance.
Grown in the Lehigh Valley AVA
Dry at less than 5 g/L residual sugar. Fermentation in neutral oak puncheon, then aged sur lee. Finished in stainless with a small percentage of Semillon. 1 µm passive filter at bottling.
