A traditional balance of tart and sweet. Juicy and fruit forward, with notes of tropical citrus, candied lime, and beeswax. Grown in the Lehigh Valley AVA Classic at 25g/L residual sugar. Reductive juice processing from destemmed berries. Vinified entirely in stainless steel vessels. Microfiltered immediately before bottling.
