12pm - Open (This event is 21 and older after 5pm)
- Access to Peony Field and Photo Arch.
- On-site Food Vendor - Hamilton's on Main of Newark, Delaware will be serving select menu items from their acclaimed offerings for the duration of the event.
- Winery Tasting Room open for normal operations. Rosé cocktail special.

GENERAL INFO
- Tickets are $15 when purchased before the event. Ticket price increases to $25 when purchased the day of the event.
- This event is all ages until 5pm. All humans under the age of 21 are permitted to purchase tickets the day of the event for $5 and have full access to the days activities until 5pm.
- No animals except professional service animals are permitted on the property on the day of event.
- NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND. Water is free all day. Soda's will be available for $1.
- Bringing your own picnic is permitted. All bags are subject to search. Unauthorized beverages will be confiscated. Consuming outside alcohol on our premise risks our position as a community resource. We appreciate your cooperation.
- Bringing your own lawn furniture is permitted. Canopies and large shade umbrellas are permitted outside of the designated high traffic areas.
- Please carpool if you can.

Saturday April 15th Wine and Paint from 12pm - 2pm. Join us for an interactive painting workshop led by artist Kim Lucas. Spring Flowers are the subject of this canvas. All supplies and one glass of wine are included with your ticket purchase.

Join us for an evening of elevated wine tasting. For the month April we'll taste and explore all things Cabernet Franc.
In a discussion led by Winemaker/Owner Kyle Jones we'll ask questions about style, place, and varietal as we taste through a handful of curated examples including but not limited to all White Wines currently available in the tasting room. Discussions are free form but we'll delve into how these wines are made beginning in the vineyard, through cellaring, and ending with how they present at your table.

Medium bodied, bone dry, robust red fruit, approachable texture. An intentionally low intervention presentation, the varieties in this blend show where they grew and what they’ve extracted from the land. Small lot fermentations of destemmed Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, and Regent, clarified by gravity and bottled unfiltered after a brief aging in neutral vats combine to offer a fresh, savory, and rustic farmhouse red.

Citrus forward aromas of grapefruit and lemon complemented by gooseberry and chamomile. On the pallet all that fruit is underpinned by a soft slightly chalky yet savory textured balance.

Full bodied, dry, red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec using fruit grown in the temperate Lehigh Valley. The combination of these five Bordeaux varieties produces a wine that is medium ruby in color, with dark berries, leather, and spice aromas. On the palate the textures of a cooler growing region are on display, round and intriguing, balanced with a soft acidity to ensure easy food pairing.

A thoughtful combination highlighting the bright red berry aromas and flavors of Chambourcin and refined tannins of the cardinal Bordeaux varieties including Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. A touch of residual sugar balances the fresh acidity of these cooler climate reds for a juicy palate pleaser.

Sweet and Peachey! Golden Muscat grown off the shore of Lake Erie. A burst of fresh stone fruits, a tingle of soft effervescence, and an imaginary tropical breeze. A classic Moscato, from an untraditional region. The gentle growing season along the lake yields energetically expressive white wines that retain their acidity and craft beautiful sweet wines.

Bright, fresh, and citrus forward, the crisp acidity of a cooler climate with ripe flavors of melon and lemon zest.

Lively acidity awakens your palate to aromas and flavors of fresh white peach, honeysuckle, and lime zest.

A rising star in PA growing regions, this varietal demonstrates the versatility of Gruner from a cooler climate. Time spent in new oak brings roundness and structure to its naturally lemon driven, peppery flavor profile.

A traditional balance of tart and a touch of sweetness. Juicy and fruit forward, with notes of tropical citrus, candied lime, and beeswax.

A steadfast variety appreciated by many PA wine lovers and growers for its consistency and cold tolerance. Originally developed for use in the production of Cognac and made famous by Canadian ice wines. Offered here as a semi-sweet table wine. Round and fruit driven, with aromas of ripe melon, lychee, and lemon grass.
