The T2 GSM opens with a hint of vanilla and white pepper balancing the plum and cherry palate. Light acidity and tannins, pairs well with herbal dishes such as roast chicken. 42% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 18% Mourvèdre; blended from four small vineyards in and near Washington's Yakima Valley. Partial whole-cluster and indigenous fermentation adds a hint of cola and earthy character. Aged 21 months in neutral french oak barrels. 73 cases produced.
