Made with Arizona wildflower honey, strawberries rhubarb, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and our first barrel aged honey. The honey was aged for 4 months in a Mikkeller San Diego George! Russian Imperial Stout barrel. We then caramelized that honey on our collaboration day with MSD, and aged the KFest meads for 12 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. This project began over 2 years ago when I picked up the George! Barrel from my buddy Daniel of MSD at Mostra Coffee's 3 year anniversary in December 2016.
