Portuguese Blindfold is a delightful Belgian Dark Candi sugar mead that we aged in port barrels that once contained Endovelicus and Framboesa Atando, some of our most highly coveted meads. The addition of the port barrels provide a deep fruitiness to a complex mead with cacoa notes.
